Passport & Visa Information
All participants must have a valid passport. For instructions, visit the State Department website. No visa is required of U.S. citizens.
An International Student Identity Card (ISIC) is optional for students. Duke students may purchase this card for $22 from the Registrar's Office, Bay 9, 2nd Floor, Smith Warehouse. Provide a small, ID-sized photo, and application; the card will be created at the office, and the fee will be charged to your Bursar's account. Non-Duke students can purchase ISICs at their home university or through the Student Travel Agency (STA) website.
After confirmation of enrollment, all students must provide their ISIC number and expiration date to the Global Education Office prior to departure for the program.
