The dates for the 2012 Global Semester Abroad program are as follows:
Arrival to New Delhi, India:
January 16, 2012**
Departure from Beijing, China:
May 4, 2012**
**Please check specifics with program office at GEO-U before purchasing tickets. We have a definite time frame for arrivals.
The switch between countries will take place March 14, 2012 via a program-arranged group flight.
Please note that no late arrivals or early departures are allowed due to the complexity and intensive nature of programming in both countries.
Travel during the semester should be cleared with the appropriate Duke faculty director in advance of purchasing tickets or confirming plans. Many weekends will involve program-sponsored travel or research activities.
